Good morning everyone, I’m fresh out of phlebotomy school. I’m having a hard time finding a job as a CPT1 without 1yr+ experience. I’m currently working to full time security jobs 1+ year, until I can switch over into the medical field.

Hello, am a recent graduate of biomedical engineering technology at centennial college and was looking to get into the field, so far I've been applying and have gotten no call backs yet. My goal is to work at a Biomedical engineering technology or go the route of Dialysis technician. I know it's difficult with no prior experience, but I would like to get my foot into healthcare. Any advice is appreciated

I'm being offered a senior role in my company and would like a decent pay rise. In my next meeting I'm going to say "in return for the extra responsibility, how will I be compensated for my time". I need some frame of reference for numbers. What are Senior Psychology Wellbeing Practitioners earning (I carry out a similar role to a PWP). I'd like to go from £24k to £28k-£30k

I just graduated vocational school as a medical assistant and I’m having a hard time finding a job in the field. Either they’re looking for someone bilingual or with experience if not bilingual. Anyone have any tips as a black women entering a field that’s so demanding of people that are bilingual?
