    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Mental Health Cooperative full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

PTO accumulates fairly quickly. The Flexibility has been great with having children at home. CMS is very supportive and encouraging.

    Cons

Pay, Constant stat changes, unable to enjoy PTO due to star requirements

    Advice to Management

Value your CM's. Stop making changes every other month. This adds additional stress to CM's in an already stressful job. Consider paying employees a longevity bonus.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Mental Health Cooperative (Nashville, TN) in May 2017.

    Interview

This interview was not difficult; HR asked me how I became interested in psychology and chose that as my field of study in college. We talked about my strengths and weaknesses, why I wanted to work with people with mental illness, etc
