Advice to Management
Make a concerted effort to bring in more than one or two people at a time, having professional peers is important. Otherwise, great place.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Mercer Capital Management (Memphis, TN) in February 2014.
First round: I Interviewed in person with a few senior analysts. They asked basic questions about my familiarity with financial statements. The second round I interviewed with 5-6 senior managers / vice presidents. These lasted 30 minutes each and were more performance based questions. Describe a time when you solved a problem, etc.
