I worked at Mercer full-time
You get to work with very hard working people who want to do the best for the partcipants
Training is somewhat lacking and does not give you what you need to be on the floor
Advice to Management
Check in with people working on the floor who were recently trained to see what from the training was useful and what would have been more helpful to be trained on.
Straightforward. 30 min. video recording interview for the first round. Second Round interview is 4 30-minute video interviews with current Mercer employees. They ask a lot of behavioral questions and different scenario questions. My interview had no casing.
