multi-tiered screening process. fresh grads are asked for complete disclosure of personal background that may be of use to the organization. strictly screens academic profile first followed by an individual interview with HR middle rank. last step is a panel interview with 4 interviewers including the HR middle rank in the previous process. i honestly expected deeper questions that needed real insights or at least how i could contribute to the team.
*you need to followup on the process for the next step (they said to wait a week for a call, i called to check after 2 weeks and got a response saying to wait for another week. they called to ask if i was still interested a month after day 1 of waiting.)
