I worked at Mercy St. Charles Hospital full-time
Good pay with good hours. Usually really good people to work with. A very clean and well maintained hospital.
Benefits could be more leanant if worked slightly under the 80 hour minimum. Can be very strict on the time you clock in and out of work.
Advice to Management
Be more clear on the changing policies for the time clock. Sometimes you can work ads long as you want, and sometimes you must clock out no later than the other exact time scheduled
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Mercy St. Charles Hospital (Oregon, OH) in July 2010.
Interview with clinical manager, interview with peers, called offered the job. I accepted and was scheduled for the next orientation that was 3 weeks away, one through the 3 month orientation and training period I was on my own and well trained.
No negotiations needed
