    I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Meridian Behavioral Health Services (New Brighton, MN) in March 2014.

    Interview

    Basically a ratio of 6:1 interview. Employees from different area's of the company to include immediate supervisor asked random questions around conflict resolution situations. It took about an hour overall. This was probably the smoothest of any operation that I underwent during my short tenure there. An after thought to me was that during the interview it seemed apparent that they wanted someone who will "get along" with the work staff hence, in my eyes, look the other way and don't create waves. The 4 of us that were hired together were all let go in different times with the same feeling's that the place and company was a sham and the staff was corrupt ethically as well as the clients were treated poorly.
