    Application

I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Merit America (United States)

    Interview

I was contacted directly by their team, but I didn't apply. I had one interview with the person who would've been my manager. Which was great! After proceeding to the "next round" I had to complete a lengthy working document for them that I received little feedback on over the course of 2-3 days - it was stated to not use more than 4 hours, but wouldn't have encompassed well thought out answers for their lengthy questions if I did not exceed that time.

I was able to do a final round of interviews, which I thought went great. Overall, my experience was good. However, I would like to note the lack of consideration in getting back to me when it was stated they would be choosing someone in the next business day. I took the initiative to follow up two days after and was kindly rejected.

Honestly, I had no ill feelings about being rejected for the position vs. how it was handled. No applicant should have to follow up with you to be rejected vs. when you choose to fill the position, you inform all parties in the timing you specified.

What would you do to bring in more potential candidates? Where would you hold the Open House events in each state?
