Advice to Management
Hire qualified mid level managers that are respected by their teams and can actually answer questions or resolve complex issues. Improve the responsiveness of upper level management.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Meritain Health (Plymouth, MN).
Very informal- Just went over what the job was- expectations. History of the company and how many people are working at this location. No strength or weakness type questions were asked.
