The Econsultancy Top 100 rankings are out and we’re delighted to announce we’ve jumped two places to #9. This puts us in the Top Ten just four years since Merkle EMEA launched in 2015 with 21% growth in fee income. This is a great result and puts us at #5 in the full service and marketing agencies table: http://glassdoor.com/slink.htm?key=vMRNn
One of the hallmarks of a Merkle employee is the tenacious pursuit of great work.
The people we hire aren’t here to clock in, collect a paycheck, and clock out — they’re driven by a thirst for achievement and the knowledge that somewhere out there is a solution to their problem.
We call this obsession with performance being #MerkleProud. Learn more about it in our ongoing video series.
We value people who desire to learn and achieve and our culture reflects a continuous learning environment.

Every quarter, employee submissions are judged and people or teams awarded the money and time off they need to live out their dreams. You can watch them happen on our YouTube page.
We are going back-to-school in search of top talent!
About Our Campus Recruiting Program
When you join Merkle as a student intern or a recent college graduate, you will be placed in a meaningful and exciting role, receive comprehensive training and mentorship, and be exposed to endless opportunities for career advancement. We are constantly seeking the best and brightest and have established relationships with some of the best schools across the country in pursuit of Merkle’s future leaders.
How To Get Started
There are lots of options for students and recent grads at Merkle. Take some time to review all openings on our careers page, then pick the role you’re most interested in and submit your resume. If we think you could be a fit, a recruiter will schedule a phone interview where we will discuss your qualifications and decide on the position that is the best match for you. Onsite Interview Days or individual interviews will be held throughout the year.
I have been working at Merkle full-time (More than 10 years)
Have read the recent reviews, nearly all related to the current pandemic in a negative light. Felt the need to respond to this unprecedented situation. This is not a fake or planted review, I am a long term employee in the Pittsburgh office.
* The leadership team (Craig and David specifically) plus the crisis management team have been outstanding. These are scary times, the transparency, calmness and focus are reassuring to the employees. Myself and many others sincerely appreciate.
* Merkle has built an incredible, economically strong company that can weather alot more turbulence than other marketing firms. The org structure, portfolio approach to services and focus on growth are giving leadership alot more options than other companies.
* The sense of community and camaraderie has really come through this past month. Employees checking on each other, the social media posting, working from home advice, the virtual happy hours. The culture that has been built since 1988 is still what keeps me here and motivated.
Right now, personally do not have any. Minor concerns about Dentsu integration, but not a high priority in near term.
Advice to Management
Wrote another review a while back about keeping the right leadership team in place and avoiding unneeded change. Double down on that strategy please.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Merkle (Columbia, MD) in May 2018.
First a phone interview with Recruiter. Second was a phone interview with Senior Management. Lastly was an onsite caucus interview with a peer, Senior Management, and a case study. The recruiter kept me up to date with next steps throughout.
