Our employees do great work every day and we don’t want it to go unnoticed. The #MerkleProud Employee Recognition and Rewards Program is a company-wide social platform that allows employees to reward with co-workers with points that can be cashed in for prizes.
We have amazing talent at Merkle and each year we take time to recognize and celebrate our superstars in a very big way. The Merkle Awards focus on people and teams who are nominated by the leaders of their teams based on achievement and excellence in 23 award categories. Awards are given at a red-carpet dinner and reception each year.

We are constantly seeking the best and brightest and have established relationships with some of the best schools across the country in pursuit of Merkle’s future leaders.
How To Get Started
There are lots of options for students and recent grads at Merkle. Take some time to review all openings on our careers page, then pick the role you’re most interested in and submit your resume. If we think you could be a fit, a recruiter will schedule a phone interview where we will discuss your qualifications and decide on the position that is the best match for you. Onsite Interview Days or individual interviews will be held throughout the year.

Advice to Management
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Merkle (Austin, TX) in December 2011.
Extensive, had to give a presentation at the end of it. Talked to 5-6 people on the phone, then met with 4-5 in person, gave a presentation to a room of about 10 people.
They would not negotiate.
