    Pros

    I was the lone female in the department and it made for a no-drama, no b.s., straightforward work environment and I loved it.

    Cons

    Moving the entire engineering department to a branch on the east coast was a terrible idea and move. It made for much slower progress and availability.

    I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Mersen (Boonton, NJ) in June 2015.

    Interview

    HR is incredibly wonderful at selling a position that has more in it than what had been told during the process. It was a two stage process in which the person who had found my information. The second interview was with the department head and the supervisor of the department. The supervisor didn't necessarily have very much to say in regards to what the duties would be
