Our company founder Friedrich Merz identified people as the primary focus of his work. What do people really need? The same mindset continues to guide Merz today. In everything we do, our goal is to make a significant contribution to human well-being.
As employees, leaders and affiliates of Merz, these are the mindsets and behaviors that we actively cultivate, support, and reward.
It is our vision to become the most admired, trusted and innovative Aesthetics and Neurotoxin company.
We firmly believe that no genuine, lasting success can be achieved unless the interests of patients, customers, employees and community are respected.
The Merz Citizens Council and Merz Cares were created to promote the employee voice and to support community efforts across North America.
As a result, we strive to promote work-life balance, deliver continuous improvement in terms of environment, health and safety, and sponsor projects that demonstrate our commitment to the community.
I have been working at Merz North America full-time
- Great benefits, including pet insurance and acupuncture coverage. Premiums are lowest I have seen in a long time
- Lots of opportunities for development
- CEOs, both local and global, provide regular business updates
- Culture is great - employees are kind, collaborative, and supportive
- Great location in the triangle area
- With a mid-size company, sometimes demands are high for small teams which can lead to longer hours.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Merz North America (Mesa, AZ).
Submitted application material through college internship coordinator. Invited to an on-site interview a few weeks after. Interviewed on-site for about 2 hours with multiple individuals. Received an offer for an internship about 1-2 weeks later.
