I have been working at Mesa Industries full-time (More than a year)
We have annual family events and the shop and office are a family atmosphere. People really care about each other and about doing the best.
It's a small company so if you're the kind of person that needs to be in a large company or move up fast that probably won't happen for a while.
I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Mesa Industries (Florence, KY) in September 2015.
I was given some basic testing. The Company has established basic minimums, that all employees must meet. Then I was interviewed by the Vice President of Engineering. He told me a bit about the Company, and asked questions specifically attuned to the CAD Drafter position the Company wished to fill.
We're gearing up and getting ready for our annual Holiday parties! :)
