Metal Toad is a boutique AWS cloud services provider with focus on customer experience and customer first approach. It has a very talented team who does not spare energies to do the right thing for the client. Not everyone can become a "Toad" but if you are a giving person you are up a to a great start.
Cons
I do not see any specific concern. Since this is a boutique company often people have to go beyond their job description but that is not unusual for this size of companies.
