I have been working at Metals USA full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Benefits are amazing. The insurance package alone is worth it. Supervisors are very accommodating. I definitely recommend applying if you have the skills.

    Cons

I can't really say there's a con, aside from the morning shift starting at 5am, but that's not really a con. Just means you get off at 1:30pm

    Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Metals USA (Randleman, NC) in August 2015.

    Interview

Asked a couple questions concerning my resume. Asked questions concerning my background. Very polite. Held a walk through of the entire facility and explained how everything worked. Gave a tour of the machines and explained the position I would be working at.
