Scheduling is flexible. We input the shifts that we wish to work during a given scheduling cycle. Overtime hours are often available. The pay is competitive and the benefits are above average.
I don't really have any cons to give. I've been with Methodist for 5 years and I still enjoy working there. No workplace is perfect all of the time but the culture at Methodist makes the imperfect times bearable.
Applied online and heard back from them pretty quickly. I had to complete an online assessment. Then I had a panel interview with 3 people from hospital leadership and human resources, followed by a separate interview with the manager of the unit. HR was great in working with me to get an interview in my first-choice unit.
