    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Metro full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

You can pick when you want to work, you can get Overtime, Double time and a half on Holidays.

    Cons

Starting salary is $15. After you complete training you go to $16. They should start at $20 because its hard driving a bus full of drug addicts and mentally ill people that need a bath and they cussing you out for no reason. If you call Metro PD and say come get this stanky person off my bus, they tell you it aint no law against being funky, keep driving.

    Advice to Management

Seek advice from the drivers before you make decisions. You sitting behind a desk, do you really know whats going on in the streets ? Yes you drove 10 -20 yrs ago., but whats happening now.

    - Recruiter contacted me for the interview and explained me a bit about the team and the responsibilities. The interview was easy it was more about my experience than a technical one.
