    Pros

Metro Systems is a great place to work if you want to be successful, work hard, work in a good environment, and be surrounded by people that want you to succeed. Times right now are scary and uncertain and everyone in the world is in the same boat. We have never experienced something like this virus before, and everyone is doing their best to keep business running and keep employees safe and healthy. Working remotely/from home is not something that has ever been a part of our culture but MSI very quickly switched over when it was needed to be safe and we have been super successful in adjusting to this new norm and also made fast adjustments to our health insurance so that we would be protected if needed. There is no one right way to handle a situation like this and in my opinion, the CEOs have done the best job they can to keep business running and make this company as strong as possible. Times like these are hard, but we're lucky to have the people we do, which is why we are getting through this scary and crazy time. I am really proud to be a part of this company and can't wait for this to all be over so we can get back into the office!

    Cons

Maybe after this is all over, work from home options will be available!

    Advice to Management

Keep up the Q&A sessions, and over communicating with your employees! It's really helpful to hear from upper management during this time and nice to know we can ask the hard questions as well.

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Metro Systems (VA).

    Interview

After submitting an application the recruiter schedules a call for you to discuss more about the position. The recruiter had a horrible attitude and wasn't friendly. She seemed very annoyed answering any questions and didn't really seem interested in the call. Rather than making sure to reach the phone call goals that are required each day. She made really rude comments after asking what does the average work week look like in terms of tasks and hours. Doesn't seem like a good impression about the company and how they treat others.
