I worked at MetroHealth System full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Once you're in it is very easy to switch floors. On Trauma they were great about sick time, vacation time, schedule changes, no issues.

    Cons

Short staffed, little policies to keep patient's family in check, shifty neighborhood

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MetroHealth System (Grand Rapids, MI) in September 2017.

    Interview

over phone, they did ask about my preferences regarding general atmosphere of the practice, which is good. I didn't like when asked about my prior salary. Later I was offered a time for physical interview.
