    I worked at MetroPCS full-time


    You are given a good team to work with. Workforce is young and eager to do well.


    Compensation is very weak, especially for staff. Everyone knows the stores that perform well, so you're stuck if you don't get the right one. Upper management is very threatened by strong performers, so they keep you from moving up by constantly changing your locations and teams. Hours are long, vacations very few.

    Advice to Management

    Recognize consistently strong performance. Don't discount loyalty, because there are better opportunities out there for your managers.
