Willing to hire without experience. Opportunities open up due to constant turnover.
Low pay. Hard to get time off in certain departments due to staff shortages. Sick time policy states that we must use 2 consecutive days of accrued time (vacation, holiday, etc) before eligible to use our sick bank. Everyone is over worked due to staffing problems.
Advice to Management
Hire and compensate well. Appreciate staff and there will be less turnover and better morale.

Rapid-I was interviewed by the manager, who moved the process very quickly. I was hired, attended the required health prescreen and drug testing, and signed my offer letter. A few days later, I was issued a badge. A few hours after receiving the badge, my offer was rescinded via voicemail, no explanation given, and my calls were not returned.
