Interpersonal SkillsThrough basic human interaction, we are able to greatly increase our employee’s interpersonal communicational skills. These skills are applied in all phases of our program from the basic sales to management of employees.
We look at our employees as stocks that we want to build. Our training curriculum is set up with the flexibility to conform to each individual’s needs. This is not a one size fits all training. It’s a curriculum built around the employee’s strengths and weaknesses.
Our training starts first by identifying whether a candidate has the ability to manage themselves or not. For some people, this is extremely easy. For others, an insurmountable task. Either way we first evaluate a candidate based on how well they manage themselves on a daily and weekly basis.
One of the hardest forms of management in the workplace is peer management. Getting your fellow workers to want to follow you and listen to you as their peer not just their boss. This leadership by example form of management is the core of our training curriculum where every single candidate starts with the exact same job. This creates respect and understanding between management and the employees.
Small Group Management
Once a candidate shows us that they can manage themselves, the next logical step is to see how they perform when managing a small group of people. By challenging a candidate as a leader of their peers and placing them in a position where they need to manage a small group of individuals, we can normally see a lot of strengths and weaknesses show themselves. This also allows us to see how well respected the candidate is by their fellow employees.
Office ManagementAfter the candidate shows us that they can manage the personnel, our focus changes gears to more administrative management. Payroll, Hiring process, Client Relations, Advertising etc. We are a people business so that is a huge part of our training; however, without proper training and organizational skills we would not be able to grow our business as efficiently as we want.
I have experience; do I still have to start entry-level?
Yes. We believe that strong leaders lead from the front. Having served in every position within our management training program, our managers show their people a willingness to get their hands dirty and do the work alongside their team, not just coach from the sidelines.
How quickly can I get promoted?
This depends on you! What’s so amazing about our company is that, once you begin in the entry level marketing and sales position, you have control over your own advancement. It can take anywhere from 4-6 months to earn a position as a managing partner. This means that you are able to achieve promotions and increased income in a fraction of the time it would take you at companies where growth is limited by corporate budgets and the bureaucracy of seniority.

What does Metroplex Management Group do?
We are a marketing company that performs outsourced sales and advertising on behalf of our Fortune 100 clients. Instead of our clients using their own internal sales force; they hire us to do it for them. They provide promotions and services that we are responsible for presenting to the DFW area.
What are you looking for in a candidate?
We are looking for ambitious, charismatic individuals capable of excelling in a business, leadership, and management position. Experience is helpful, but complete training is provided. If you have a willingness to learn and a need to succeed, then you could be the right candidate.
Is training provided?
Yes. Our management team has a full training program setup for Entry Level Account Managers. Information covered in training includes: service and product knowledge, sales and marketing techniques, public speaking, leadership and management.
Why is our form of marketing effective?
Our clients are in the service industry, meaning their profits come from retention, not just sales. While standard forms of media advertisements sell products, they don’t build loyalty. Through our face-to-face sales and marketing approach we build rapport, establish trust, and create personal relationships which pave the way for long-term customers. We have increased profit margins, customer loyalty, and overall market share for our clients.
What is the company culture like?

What is the pay?
The pay is different for each position. Starting off entry-level everyone receives a weekly base and has the ability to earn commissions. Your starting pay is contingent upon your background and experience, thus determined by our hiring mangers during the interview process.

Continue to build around the right people. Continue to give recognition to those who are deserving. That was the thing I enjoyed most is when I did a great job in days prior I was always recognized for my effort.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Metroplex Management Group (Irving, TX) in May 2018.
After applying online and receiving a quick response, I scheduled an interview at Metroplex Management Group. I was so happy and relieved that my interview was actually geared towards the Marketing/Social Media position I applied for!! I had recently applied for similar positions at seemingly similar companies, only to be interviewed for a sales position instead. The woman who interviewed me was very kind and helpful throughout the interview process and made me feel right at home! Overall, I was very pleased with the process and the company.
