    Pros

Good environment with positive atmosphere. Its great working with loyal customers who believe in that " small town banking feel " !

    Cons

Negative press has been discouraging recently but there is nothing that can be done about that. The media likes to tell their stories and that has affected everyone.

    Advice to Management

Doing a great job overall. Good practices exemplified by management in navigating a tough recession for everyone have made everyone feel confident in the way the company is being run.

    Application

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Metropolitan Bank and Trust (Makati City (Philippines)).

    Interview

In order to be interviewed, you have to pass the exam first. The exam was composed of mathematical skills, reading comprehension, and abstract reasoning. After which, there is an interview with a HR officer and an HR panel interview. Results of the interview usually come out quickly (within the day). If you pass the interview, panel with unit interview comes next. Interviews are also conducted alphabetically.
