    Interview

While I appreciate their ability to perform two rounds of interviews efficiently, they need to some work. After two rounds I was immediately denied (within minutes) an offer, even after the interviewer explaining they had several more to do that week and would be swamped until the next week. Honestly, being up front that the interview didn’t work or that I was missing a skill would have been much more straight forward. Additionally, I see they posted the job today again with about a 10,000 pay cut. All of this leads me to believe they weren’t going to hire me because of the pay, and or they realize they need someone more entry level. Regardless, they can be transparent in this process and they might find the right candidate is willing to flex on those items.

They mostly asked behavioral and situational questions in a panel interview both rounds.
