Mission: We prepare high school and adult students for future success in college and careers.
I worked at Metropolitan Education District full-time (More than 3 years)
I graduated from Metropolitan Adult Education Program and began working there shortly after. The fact that you are taught the skills to succeed in today's world is what I like most.
Due to budget constraints I was laid off and that was unfortunate being that I feel like I still have more to contribute to the program.
Advice to Management
I think management should do everything in their power to ensure that people who are enthusiastic about working there stay there, instead of basing layoffs on seniority.
