   I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Metyis (Turkey) in Sep 2022

   Interview

   I had a 6 step interview process in 4-5 month period where I applied for a role in Amsterdam from Barcelona: Steps were: 1) HR screening 2) Cultivation call with another consultant 3) General non-businesa case interview with two consultants 4) Internal meeting with a partner from my origin country 5) Case interview with 2 consultants 6) Case interview with partners Negative points during the process: 1) Additional interview steps was put and spent more than 1 working day for just interviews 2) It was said that it was required to have partner interview in one of the Metyis offices and laptops, which took to arrange couple of weeks for me during heavy schedule. And postponed the final interview for 6-8 weeks. When couple of days remained, I was informed that one of the partners are not available, so it was ok to have online. 3) The final interview was about one of the partner's existing project. basically I was asked for the ideas 4) The final interview included out of scope questions 5) After a good performance in the final interview(which takes 3 hours), I was told that they will get back in 2 days. I waited for a week and no response is received. Then I followed up with both HR and partner again, and no response again. 2 weeks later, HR wrote a short email saying he was on holiday and will check with partners. Then, ghosting started again. Until the partner interview stage, the process was positive but after that it was worst process that I experienced. I would not recommend to apply for a position if you don't want to spend your valuable time for such attitude.
