I worked at Michaelson, Connor, & Boul full-time (More than 5 years)
Great company that values input and strives to put the employees in the position of the greatest strengths which in turn provides for excellent quality control.
Government contract work, so when contract ends so does your job.
Advice to Management
Bid on more contracts to enable you to keep good people.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Michaelson, Connor, & Boul (Oklahoma City, OK) in July 2011.
I was in the office with the section director and her team leader. They asked me about my previous job experience and how I thought that those experiences would help me in the position that I had applied for. I was further explained in detail about the job requirements, what would be expected of me, advancement opportunities, pay and benefits. I was told the director had a couple other people to interview and she would let me know her decision in a few days. She called two days later and offered me the job. I started the very next day.
