    I worked at Micro-Coax full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

You'll work with a great group of people and your efforts will support some of the best customers you'd ever want to have and all the while enjoy good benefits including half-day Fridays, flexible hours for some positions, and a 401K plan with good matching.

    Cons

There is a consistent push for overtime and extra hours above and beyond a normal work week including mandatory overtime during peak activity periods or when on time delivery and or overdue orders build; that being said that's just business as usual so maybe not a con if you want or like the extra hours.

    Advice to Management

The management is changing and my advice to the new owners would be value your newly acquired employees. The knowledge each of the subject matter experts, and by that I mean the line operators, have is invaluable and not readily replaced.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Micro-Coax (Pottstown, PA).

    Interview

One initial phone interview for initial screening. Then took a in person interview in their pottstown facility. Finally took a drug test, personality quiz, and background check. Average interview procedures for my general position.
