Equal opportunity, since it is a relatively small company (which is not bad) you get to explore and contribute in cross functions and learn a lot. Also, recognition comes from up above - CEO, CMO, CTO directly which is a great motivation factor. Easy work timings and they are flexible in terms of accommodating your requests. I had so much fun and I learned so much through the three years that I was employed with Microland.

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Microland.
1. Aptitude test- it consists of the general Aptitude questions
2. Technical Interview- They ask questions about Networking, DBMS.
3. HR Interview- Was the general HR round, with questions about relocation and working in shifts.
