    Communications Specialist Interview

    Positive Experience
    Average Interview

I applied online. I interviewed at Microsystems (Chicago, IL) in July 2017.

Microsystems was very interested in how I would fit in with the current company direction, what I believe my role would be and how I would fulfill that role effectively. It went from a very high level of discussion all the way down to day-to-day communications' activities and how I would accomplish them. The interview process was very thorough, beginning with a 1.) screening call, 2.) a phone interview with the department manager, 3.) an in-person interview with the manager, HR director and customer success manager, 4.) and completing the process with a phone interview with the vice president of marketing. Overall I felt the interview process was very effective in establishing rapport between the interviewer and the interviewees as well as remaining very transparent about the company's culture.
