    It is visible that the leadership cares for their employees.
    Midas is always trying to implement new ways to involve employees.
    Midas wants to grow and promote their employees and help them to advance within the organization.
    Leadership is always looking for better ways to get ahead of the curve.

    I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Midas Hospitality (Charlotte, NC) in January 2018.

    Interview

    Initial phone screen and interview by corporate HR followed by an in-person interview with the president of the company. While this particular opportunity wasn't the best fit for me, it's clear that the company's leadership cares about their employees and guests, and errs on doing the right thing, regardless of budget.

    • There wasn't a question that I felt was difficult or unexpected. The questions were centered around finding the right person for the position based on the company's culture. It was a very positive experience.   Answer Question
