Mission: Mission: to acquire and develop the best talent and create a performance culture that adds value to our clients and earns us long-term relationships.
I have been working at Middough full-time
Compensation is fair. Coworkers are easy going and friendly.
Lack of opportunities or growth. Some benefits can be taken away at anytime. Yearly reviews are not productive.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Middough (Oak Brook, IL) in August 2017.
I applied online and was contacted by a member of the HR team in Oak Brook. The interview process began with a phone screen, followed by an onsite interview the following week. Prior to the onsite interview, I was asked to complete a hard-copy application that solicited basics of past roles, along with salary history. I was told that the salary history was the primary reason the application was being requested.
The interview itself lasted about 45 minutes, after the HR person arrived (about 10 minutes late). The conversation went well, and was casual/transparent. The role was a temporary fill for the interviewer, who would be out on leave. I was told that I would hear something by the end of the week. The end of the week came, and I received an email saying that she would need to wait until the following week. 4 weeks later, and I have yet to hear from them. I am going to assume the job has since been filled, and the standard "I will get back to you" Recruiter language was implied to mean... "if you are selected. Otherwise, we'll just disappear on you." It didn't leave a good impression.
Visit Middough representatives at Petrochem Capital Projects DEC Conference in New Orleans, LA on June 15-16.
