    Pros

easy job, kind of fun sometimes

    Cons

bad management, no time off, no good retirement plan, bad communication, lots of drama in the workplace environment, never praised for good work, you only get raises yearly and at the most $0.20-$0.50 each raise.

    Advice to Management

Need to take more pride in your company and employees. Need to pay them more, you only pay people just enough to where they wont leave. Also you need to give more vacation time to employee's who haven't been there but a few years. William's Sonoma in Claremont, NC is a way better company with benefits, management, time off.
