    Pros

If you work hard and are dedicated it is fast and easy to move up. Good co-workers made some great friends

    Cons

Long hours, if you move up you will be asked to work long hours, if you end up working close to the owners they will take advantage of your time.

    Advice to Management

Work life balance is a must, not only for your workers, but for yourself also. Don't let yourself get pigeonholed into worked crazy hours for a slice of the pie

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took a week. I interviewed at Midwest Cellular (Maplewood, MN) in August 2014.

    Interview

The interview process is pretty standard. You show up and meet with a District Manager and are lead to a back room for the interview. It takes about 45 minutes to an hour, depending on how in depth you go with your answers to the questions. It also depends on if you ask the interviewer questions (which I recommend). Afterwards, you are told that they will further review your qualifications and resume. If you are what they are looking for, they will be in contact.
