I have been working at Millennium Health full-time (Less than a year)
The entire company treats everyone as valuable. They make a point to treat us like real people with real lives outside of work. Although the work is production based and they to pay attention to your numbers, they are sure to not treat you like only a number. Free coffee, flexible hours, over time available. I really like it.
The main complaint there is that a LOT of the staff is a Temp agent right now. The executives made a decision to only hire temps on "for right now" I assume for the past year and a half. since they were going through a settlement with Medicare. However that is done now and they have said that they will be hiring permanently soon. However I have no complaints being a temp because they treat us all the same anyways. I get healthcare through my husband so I do not worry about benefits either.
Advice to Management
They are good to recognize talent, keep morale up, keep rapport in good standing. I really like their macro management style vs micro. The only other thing I wish they would do is promote me! It will come in time, I have only been here 4 months.
I applied through other source. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Millennium Health.
After about 5 interviews that I assumed went very well because I was told I was going to be offered the position I just had to follow through with one final interview and was told multiple times that they would call me on a certain day and they never returned my call on the day they said they would if that is how they run their company it is very sad but yet shows the kind of management that is what this company and I do not appreciate being told 3 different times that they're going to call me back on a certain day and they never did that does not show very good follow through and yet in the interview process that's what they expect from their employees that gets hired. They're losing great people because they're taking so long on their decisions
