I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4+ months. I interviewed at Millicom International.
Well, it was not really in line the US process... they asked questions that are illegal to ask, like age, marital status, kids, etc. Although they are improving this, it was not the best experience. They have many people and different level positions interview you, which is good and bad.
