  • Here at Mind Springs Health and West Springs Hospital, we value the dedication and hard work our employees exhibit day in and day out. To show how much we value our staff, every year the organization dedicates an entire week for staff appreciation. During the weeklong event, the staff can wear creative outfits, the staff is offered free meals, a barista is present on campus, and/or the staff is even asked to partake in specific out of office events like bowling. Without our staff, Mind Springs Health and West Springs Hospital would not be able to provide quality healthcare to our patients and clients. So thank you, staff.
