Pros
Where to start? The people are wonderful, the culture is great and the flexibility they give you with regards to working from home or being in the office is icing on the cake. In my 15 years of being in workforce I have yet to experience a work environment like this one. Top it all off with just enough, but not too much supervision for self-starter individuals and you got a winner.
Cons
None that I have encountered just yet.
Advice to Management
Keep up the good work. For the most part you have under promised and over delivered, which resonates very well with employees.

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Mindera (San Diego, CA).
Interview
Contacted by HR to schedule an online interview with one of their "senior developers". During the interview, the developer stated they were a junior level developer that had only been with the company for less than a year with no prior development experience. Later told they wanted someone with more experience.
