Top talent, amazing resources, nice people and C-Suite is normal. People care about each other and lean in to help. Lots of fun events inside and outside the office.
Can be stressful, some client accounts are underscoped, which drives burnout.
Advice to Management
Need to learn to staff flexibly. Hiring and staffing approvals process too slow for modern business climate.

Pretty low key. HR rep told us beforehand to relax, that they all wanted to hire us at the end of the day...very friendly setting. Had a little 15 minute mini interview with an employee, and then with three others. Questions mostly were about experiences and interests
