Our birth in 1997 shifted the focus from media as a pure commodity to media as a change agent. Our ambition was to go beyond the traditional media descriptors of 'Optimise, Capitalise, Maximise.' We will not be defined by the formulaic definitions of media.

The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Mindshare (Chicago, IL) in January 2018.
Mike Lochmondy made the process incredibly easy. I started interviewing just before Christmas and had an offer by the first week in January. Mike worked through schedules around the holiday so I could interview while I happened to be in New York. After meeting with the team I received feedback the same day and an offer the next day. One of the best recruiting scenarios I've ever encountered.
