I have been working at Mindshare Technologies full-time (More than a year)

Company willing to work with you on your schedule. Has a culture of everyone giving 100% Great benefits Culture is very much "Work hard, Play harder"

Nothing gets worked on until it is a blazing fire. Promotions and leadership is based on seniority instead of qualifications.

    Advice to Management

While some of the tenured people are the best people for the job, there are several people who have been there for years who should NOT be in leadership positions. Whether you know the portal very well or have been there for 6 years does not mean you can manage a team or department.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Mindshare Technologies (New York, NY) in May 2015.

Round robin style. Four 30 minute interviews back to back with four young hiring managers. All behavioral questions for the most part a little repetitive, but fairly straight forward.
