Advice to Management
While some of the tenured people are the best people for the job, there are several people who have been there for years who should NOT be in leadership positions. Whether you know the portal very well or have been there for 6 years does not mean you can manage a team or department.

Round robin style. Four 30 minute interviews back to back with four young hiring managers. All behavioral questions for the most part a little repetitive, but fairly straight forward.
