I worked at Minerva Language Institute part-time
They give you a job and you get paid.
The Japanese teachers always interrupt you when you when you are trying to teach.
Advice to Management
Support your teachers: selling a foreign teachers course to your customers should equal that the foreign teacher is the teacher, not the Japanese staff.
I applied online. I interviewed at Minerva Language Institute (Sakai, Osaka (Japan)) in August 2017.
The company called to ask me a few questions on my educational and working background. Then they sent an email to invite me to a group interview. The interview started with a written test, a Japanese test (which doesn't affect employment) and then a company profile presentation followed by a demo lesson (5-10 mins) attended by staff and other interviewees. The staff at the demo lesson asked questions on other techniques I would use during a lesson.
