I have been working at Miniclip full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

It is a very stable job, almost everyone that leaves the company, leaves by themselves. You have the opportunity to work on popular web and mobile games with awesome professionals.
It is an amazing place to learn.

    Cons

If you want to grow in the industry, Miniclip might get short for you, even in the mobile games industry.
There are some processes in the company workflow that complicate things too much.
Although it is a games company, you don't feel that all the time.

    Advice to Management

Try to better embrace a games company culture. Innovate more, like Miniclip did before.
