    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Ministry of Education Singapore full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Working as an English teacher is a job that satisfies my ambition and achieves my dream in life.Generating a generation whose main traits are ambition, truth, faith and devotion to their nation is one of the basics upon which my work is based.

    Cons

Working as an English teacher for such group of pupils inspired in me the spirit of enthusiasm, challenge and determination.I decided not to lose a battle with those pupils who represent their nation's perspective hope and ambition.

    Advice to Management

Working on established basics that unify the unity of the team is a key basic that guarantees the success of any organisation.Unity is strength while separation is weakness and deterioration. Administration based on understanding, mutual respect and trust is the most ideal one.

    Application

I applied through college or university. The process took a week. I interviewed at Ministry of Education Singapore (China, ME) in June 2012.

    Interview

Questions about personal details are being asked, as well as general questions like why do you come to Singapore and what do you expect to see in Singapore. The questions were not hard and the interviewers were generally friendly. There were 4 people interviewing and one in charge of asking the questions others are sitting there and taking note or observing.
