    I applied online. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Ministry of Health and Long Term Care (Toronto, ON (Canada)) in March 2016.

    Interview

    45 minutes in person, two senior staff with previous program analyst experience were conducting the interview. They did not have any pen or paper and were trying to keep it more informal / discussion type.
