I have been working at Miracle Software full-time (Less than a year)
Work remote, but love that I can reach my manager any time I need assistance, I have great guidance and I love my team. The amount of effort that goes into training employees is so much better than anywhere I've ever worked in the past.
As of now, the only thing I can say is that some of our Practice Leads seem overwhelmed with the amount of work on their plates.
Advice to Management
Continue to encourage the team and guide them to higher aspirations.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Miracle Software in November 2017.
Asked about my experience and IOS questions (obviously from a book or online questionaire)
I answered all the questions correctly, but I was rejected probably because I'm not telegu speaking and have a Green card. Please don't waste your time with this Company. they're looking for telegu h1bs who can be exploited. I was repeatedly asked if I owned or rented a house and how low I could go on salary.
