Miro Reviews

Pros
Extremely collegial and helpful team environment where your work has impact and your value is appreciated. Great product backed by a very collaborative culture with no shortage of opportunities to learn and grow. Colleagues are kind and quick to assist as a new hire ramps up and develops in their role.
Cons
Hyper growth always exposes certain gaps necessitating issue resolution and process improvements as well as need for better alignment on dependencies across departments. Leadership and teams across the org are keen to address and work together to find longterm solutions (and not just quick-fix bandaids).

Interview
My interview with Miro was an excellent, well-thought interview and one of the best I've experienced in my career. It consisted of a first phone call, an algorithm interview, a system design interview, a team interview, and a leadership interview. The company's recruiter provided feedback after each interview and invested time and effort into the entire process, ensuring me that I have her support all the way from the beginning to receiving the final approval. I also noticed that Miro is using Miro to teach about Miro during the interview process :) This way, I could get to know the software and its different abilities much better.InterviewI cannot respond to this, due to signing a non-disclosure agreement
