I quit my job because the manager that was directly over me was a completely worthless and lazy human being who refuses to do her job and constantly puts her responsibility onto her employees, the day that I quit she sent in termination papers on me to corporate stating that she fired me, do I have any recorse to fix this, it makes me look bad to other potential employers.

    Pros

Working at Mission Autism Clinics is an absolute pleasure. The work environment is welcoming and supportive, and the team is made up of some of the most talented and hardworking individuals I've ever had the pleasure of working with. The company genuinely cares about its employees and provides ample opportunities for growth and development. Overall, this is an exceptional place to work and I feel lucky to be a part of it.

    Cons

While working at Mission Autism Clinics is generally a positive experience, one potential downside is the workload could be heavy at times. This can lead to stress and burnout if not managed properly. However, MAC does offer support and resources to help employees manage their workload and maintain a healthy work-life balance.

The employees interviewing were so kind and helpful. They gave a lot of information about the company and made sure all of my questions were answered. There was a first phone call and then a second interview in person.
