Communication with supervisors/upper management and on site staff. Resident relations are difficult in the challenging economy, locally as well as nationally, although the company has tried to work out payment plans with residents.
Tight economic conditions, continue to cause residents to be laid off; about two to three per week on average, The CEO types just don't "get it".
Advice to Management
Don't expand too quickly, just maintain and survive for now. Slow and steady wins the race....the economy WILL rebound but it will not take overnight.
