I have been working at Missouri Baptist Medical Center (Less than a year)

    Pros

I started out here as a contractor. Loved it!! Now I have my foot in the door PRN!! Great job!! I'm paid very fairly. Amazing benefits for those who qualify. Huge healthcare system with lots of advancement possibilities and potential lateral career moves. Cultural diversity widely and openly promoted.

    Cons

I cannot think of one con to working for MO Baptist/BJC Health care. They treat employees fairly and with respect, overall just has been a great place to work.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work!! By far the best healthcare system to work for in STL.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Missouri Baptist Medical Center.

    Interview

I filled out an application online. A few days later I was asked to fill out references and take a test. The test was basically like situational. I was asked to come in to shadow a tech for a hour and a half and then a face to face interview with the hiring manager and with other techs (peer interview).
