I worked at Missouri State University full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Although the pay is on the lower end for staff, the benefits are top notch. Medical and dental insurance, retirement, plenty of time off, and free tuition (to an extent). Overall, these factors make it a great place to work.

    Cons

The only downside is that the pay isn't all that great for regular staff, but there's more than enough benefits to make up for that.

    Advice to Management

Actually, I thought management was great. They were very fair, and they seemed to care for their employees.
